Memory NyahwemaBoard Member

Memory is an Intensive and Coronary Care Nurse and has many years of experience working at the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals assisting patients in urgent need of help as well as educating new nurses. She holds a Diploma in General nursing from the Parirenyatwa School of Nursing as well as a Diploma in Intensive and Coronary Care Nursing. She not only has experience in the health related challenges her patients face, but the financial challenges also and the decisions that individuals and families need to make in emergency situations. The administrative and leadership skills she learnt in her profession as well as her empathy in helping those who are most in need in society are qualities that bring value to any team and organization.

Mildred GonaBoard Member

Mildred is a dedicated, resourceful and goal driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every learner. She is a fully qualified teacher and holds many qualifications ranging from BA Human and Social Sciences – Community Development (UNISA ), Access Certificate in English Language Teaching (City & Guilds ), Certificate of Unit Credit Towards ACE (City & Guilds ), BA Education (Univerity of Zimbabwe ), Certificate in Education (University of Zimbabwe ) among other qualifications.Her passion for community development has steered the organization to launch various community development initiatives in pursuit of its own vision.

Pamella A. GonaChief Executive Officer

Pamela is a Qualified Chartered Accountant by profession. She did her training outside of public practice with BancABC. Pamela has 10 years banking experience with 7 years specialising in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, project management, administration and process design & improvement. Her career began a Graduate Trainee, which was a unique opportunity to gain work experience, skills and knowledge in all aspects of banking.  Pamela holds Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (BCompt), Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting, Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. She also holds a Diploma with the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe. Pamela has competed various leadership development programmes which include the Gordon Institute of Business Leadership development programme and John Maxwell Equip Leadership programme. Pamela is driven to make a difference in the lives of young people in Zimbabwe through provision of tailor made financial solutions and ultimately financial freedom to alleviate poverty.  Outside of work, Pamela has a passion for music playing guitar and keyboard. She also enjoys travelling with her family.

Ishmael KagandeHead of Operations

He is the Head of Operations with over 6 years’ microfinance experience. He holds a Bachelor in Banking and Finance from Midlands State University, Professional Diploma in Microfinance with the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) and Masters in Financial Engineering (deferred) with the WorldQuant University (WQU). He has previously worked with MicroKing Finance cum Microcred Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd where he gained a wealth of experience in operations department rising through the ranks. Ishmael, is passionate about development finance and has been provided technical assistance to Microcred clients through, debt finance management and entrepreneurship training of clients. He wants to share his passion of financial services with the un-banked, those not catered for by traditional Commercial Banks.

Nelia ChimwamurombeBranch Supervisor

Nelia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She has 3 years of experience working in the microfinance sector where she gained knowledge about MFIs and how to finance people and businesses. Her passion is to see the young people who have financial challenges get access to financial assistance to become financially independent. Outside of work, Nelia loves music and reading novels.

Kimberley R. MusandirireAccountant

Kimberley is an energetic young lady with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT). She previously worked at All Souls Mission as an accounting intern where she gained experience, skills and knowledge in all aspects of accounting. Her passion is in establishing a financial institution that helps and include orphans in overcoming their financial and non-financial difficulties through training and providing them with funds to achieve their goals.

Alex MandirasaIT Officer

Alex studied Network Engineering at the University of Zimbabwe and Computer Engineering at Speciss College. He is a self-driven, energetic and enthusiastic team player who strives to beat set targets through hard work in everything he does. His goal is to provide technical support to staff, hardware and software maintenance as well as network management to ensure that all clients get first-rate service.

Tinodaishe RanganaiLoans Officer

Tinodaishe is currently a student at Zimbabwe Open University studying for a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance. Despite initially pursuing a career in engineering, his love for reading lead him to discover his passion for finance and economics. Tinodaishe wants to help provide financing and business consulting to entrepreneurs who traditionally do not have access to these services which help them grow their businesses. Apart from work, Tinodaishe loves reading, music, playing the keyboard and being in nature
